Good value, you're getting friendly service. Everything was amazing, loved our really amazing stay. Modern looking and surprisingly big room, luxury bathroom. The staff were exceptionally attentive, had smooth check in and easy check-out. Continental breakfast was sensational & consisted of bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese and fruit.

Brand-new hotel with knowledgeable staff and perfect location. Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae metro station is within walking distance of the place, some 10 minutes on foot.

The venue is PLEASANT, it offers outstanding breakfast and has unbeatable location so close to nice restaurants, Nishiki Market and a covered shopping street. Nakagyo Ward district won't disappoint you.
